Returns & Exchanges
We strive to ship your order in a timely and accurate fashion, but we're all human, and sometimes we humans make mistakes. Whatever the issue may be, you are entitled to a refund or a product exchange as long as it falls within our specifications below.
You may return any new item for any reason within 7 days for a refund. The item must be in the original, unopened package, to be accepted back for a refund.
If apparel, the item MUST be UNWORN, UNWASHED and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. A damaged or defective item can only be replaced for the same item. Another item cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.
Apparels: Opened packages of apparel may only be returned for exchange to another size, and not a refund. Apparels that do not come in packages must have the original tag attached to them, not be worn or washed, and may also only be returned for exchange for another size, and not for a refund. We will discard any returned items and send a replacement size, if available. If we are unable to exchange for your selected size, we will then refund your purchase completely.
Earrings and Body Jewelry: These items are non-returnable. If your order of either earrings or body jewelry, or both, is received damaged or defective, we will exchange it and then ship you out a replacement item.
On Sale and Clearance items: All On Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All goods will be inspected upon return. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted. The returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items.
How to Return an Item
- Make sure that all of the items are in its original packaging with tags intact.
