The Fandom Frenzy is based in Malaysia. All prices are marked in Malaysian Ringgit. Please see below for Shipping & Delivery Policies related to our business processes.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing before your order ships. Since we strive to ship your orders as soon as possible, kindly complete your payment for us to ship your order. Your order will only be processed after your payment has been cleared. You will receive an email notification with tracking number information once your order has shipped. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. For international orders, please allow 7 to 14 business days.

Malaysia: Due to the Movement Control Order (MCO), delivery times may take longer than usual.
The rest of the world: Restrictions and delays on delivery may differ from country to country. Unfortunately, we are unable to keep track of every country's shipping restrictions due to constant changes. While we may be able to process and ship your order, please be reminded that there may be delays in delivery times which may take longer than expected.
We use several shipping providers – PosLaju, EMS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, GDEX or City-Link. Shipping method varies depending on order.
Shipping is based on weight, so unfortunately our system won't know how much your shipping will be until items are added to your cart. To calculate shipping, just add the items to your cart and our system will do the rest!
Please take note that if you purchased a pre-order item alongside a ready stock item, we will ship your orders together once pre-order arrives. If you prefer to receive the ready stock items first, please make a separate order for the ready stock and pre-order items. In the case of international orders, ready stock will be sent together once pre-order arrives.
We do not offer expedited shipping or request of time specific delivery of your items. All orders are shipped via standard shipping delivery days. You may receive your items earlier or later than expected. Please note that delivery days exclude Weekends and Public Holidays. Once you received your tracking information from us, we advice to contact the shipping carrier to track the status of your shipment or click here to track your parcel.
Self-pickup or Cash-on-Delivery Services
We do not offer Self-pickup or Cash-on-Delivery services. All orders made on thefandomfrenzy.com will be shipped via shipping carriers.
Shipping as Gifts
Want to ship your gift to a birthday friend or a special someone? Simply key in the recipient's name and address in the Shipping Address and we will ship them for you! We will key in your name and address (from Billing Address) as the "Sender" so that the recipient will know that the gift comes from you. We will give out the tracking information as usual in your shipping confirmation email.
We ship worldwide! Please email us at email@example.com to place an order and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
Please note that all orders are shipped from Malaysia. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
For security purposes, we do not deliver to a PO Box address. In the event you have chosen a PO Box address as your destination address, we will send you an email requesting you to choose an alternative address.
