The Fandom Frenzy's Pop Grading Guide
We try our best to grade our Pop boxes accurately so you know what to expect your Pop and its box to look like. A small bend, scuff or indentation on exterior packaging can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply or shipping processes and we are unable to accept any returns due to this. Due to the year it was released from, some packaging may have yellowish spots due to shelf wear but the figure is in excellent condition. Please take this into consideration prior to placing your order with us. If you have any questions about the condition of any of our items, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to making your purchase. We will be more than happy to answer your questions.
NEAR MINT - MINT: The packaging of the item is in the same fresh condition that it was in when originally shipped from the factory. Flaws may include extremely minor wear. Overall, the item is in excellent condition.
VERY GOOD: The packaging of the item has minor shelf wear, minor creasing, or slight imperfections to the plastic window. Overall, in great condition but is in less than perfect condition.
GOOD: The packaging of the item has more prevalent shelf wear, moderate creasing or imperfections to the plastic window. Overall, the value of this item is decreased in this condition.
FAIR: The packaging of the item has signs of significant wear and may show heavier creasing, more severe plastic window damage, a box/sticker tear, etc. This level of wear is usually unacceptable for a collector who maintains his or her collection in the original packaging.
POOR: The packaging of the item shows heavy wear and may have tears, creasing, or other severe damage. Generally, we would only recommend this condition to someone who does not care about the packaging or wants to open the item and keep the item as an out of box collectible.
*It is rare that we will grade a Pop lower than GOOD.
**We do not downgrade box condition for the following: rounded windows (vs windows with a straight folded seam), and paint blemishes on the Pop itself.
***There is always an element of judgement involved when it comes to grading the condition of Pops. The condition grade we give on any particular Pop is of our own opinion. Please understand that this isn't an exact science but we do the best we can to be consistent and transparent when it comes to condition grades.
